Mengya Tao once served as the risk control officer of a municipal government fund, and has long been the head of legal affairs and a company attorney of a Chinese A-share listed company.

Her long-term legal fields include private equity, asset management, corporate investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate compliance in capital markets and corporate governance.

She has participated in many major foreign-related projects (three major trade remedy measures of the WTO): a US anti-dumping case of a listed company, a US countervailing case of a photovoltaic company, and a US safeguard case.
